Booklet on stapled visa

Continuing its effort to create awareness on Stapled Visa for the people of Arunachal Pradesh by People Republic of China, the Arunachal Civil Society, an NGO organized awareness programme cum launching ceremony of its booklet ‘Stapled Visa since 1881 to 2015 on Wednesday at Sangay Lhaden Sports Academy in Chimpu.

Unveiling the booklet Chief Information Commissioner YD Thonchi appreciated that ACS for organizing such awareness programme for upcoming sports persons of the state.

Speaking on the occasion, Assistant Professor Rajiv Gandhi University, Nani Bath called stapled visa a major issue of Arunachal Pradesh especially for the sports person who usually get deprived in participating international event in China due to Stapled Visa issued to them.  ACS is fighting for the issue since 2014 and on same year in October.
