KMSS is taking out a huge rally in Guwahati on Tuesday in protest against the Centre’s notification for refugee status to the non Muslim Bangladeshi and Pakistani nationals.
Led by KMSS leader Akhil Gogoi hundreds of protesters are thronging for satyagraha at the Sonaram Playground opposing the move. Then Gogoi will led a huge protest procession to the Raj Bhawan.
Talking to Assam Times before the start of Satyagraha, KMSS leaders said that they won’t allow Narendra Modi to make Assam a dumping ground. “We will not bear extra burden of Bangladeshi and Pakistani refugees,” they said.
