Incomplete Jyoti-Bishnu cultural complex

At a time when slogans of Hagrama Mahillary's much hyped model BTC are in air the incomplete project of Jyoti-Bishnu cultural complex at Bhergaon has reiterated the  allegations of misappropriation of funds in BTC region.

As per sources an amount of fifty lakhs had been sanctioned for the construction of the Jyoti-Bishnu cultural complex in the year 2014 . In hope to develop the same the local people had also donated 2 bighas of land. But the abandoned state of the incomplete project covered by wild grasses has splashed water in the dream of the local people. 
As per revelant sources out of 50 lakhs an amount of 32 lakhs has already been withdrawn by the constructors.  The local people have alleged that the constructors have siphoned huge amount of money and left the project incomplete. The project is lying in a deplorable condition and getting degraded with passage of time. The local people and student organizations have expressed resentment over the inconpletion of the project and urged the authorities concerned to take necessary action as to complete the project at the earliest.
