NEHU Inaugurates Entrepreneurship Development Centre
Shillong: The North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU) launched its new Entrepreneurship Development Centre (EDC) to foster innovation and business creation in the region.
Sponsored by the North Eastern Council (NEC) and the Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), the EDC will support students, faculty, and the wider community.
The centre aims to provide mentorship, workshops, and access to funding to help aspiring entrepreneurs turn ideas into reality. NEHU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Prabha Shankar Shukla highlighted the importance of collaboration between academia and industry to create a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem.
