More than 24 hours have passed but the information and where about of Arunachal Pradesh’s Chief Minister is yet to be found. Some sources from the CM office said that he his safe but no one could find where is Dorji Khandu,CM of Arunachal Pradesh.


Three helicopters and more than 300 army people are being engaged in the search operation for the CM. Apart from Indian Army, Indian Air force, Sasastra Seema Bal (SSB) Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and others are also actively engaged in search operation of chief minister. Communication has been made with the government of Bhutan and they have provided permission for search and rescue in there areas. Meanwhile two union ministers have reached Guwahati to get updates about the entire incident.


Bad weather has become hurdled this morning as search operation got some challenges due to this. But as search operation is on it is expected that the information would be collected soon. It is to be mentioned that Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has also come into the scene as they have engaged satellites to take picture and help in the search operation of missing CM.


Yesterday there was confusion in the afternoon with claims made by Arunachal Governor and then CM’s office and Defence spokesperson. But the fact till now is that there is no correct information about the helicopter for which operation to find the CM and others are on. It has bought confusion amongst the people of the region as there were different comments from different sources. As the search operation is on in full swing, it is expected that latest information and authentic information would be available soon.

It's same like the scenerio of Bin Laden. Wheathr US government got him alive or dead none knows. But Obama knows very well dead Bin Laden s very mush riskier issue than the alive one. So speculation is there that he might had been caught much before by bribing some agents of ISI; same way whether Khandu had been kidnapped by NSCN (K) or not, none can confirm excpet the Indian government. The rest is just speculation and rumr. may be.

A modest earthquake measuring around 7 magnitudes in Richter scale was experienced in eastern India on Wednesday (13 April 2016) evening. The tremor was experienced at 7.26 pm and it continued for two minutes. “Epicenter of the earthquake was in Myanmar-India border at Latitude 230 N & Longitude 94.90 E at the depth of 134 km below the surface of Earth,” said a statement issued by the Assam State Disaster Management Authority. In a poll related incident at Safakamar  LP School (no. 94 polling station), Sarbhog, one old man named Abdul Rashid (80) died  and three others injured including two CRPF jawans. The incident happened after a clash between the voters and CRPF jawans in front of Safakamar LP School. Police laathicharged the gathering crowd in which the old man got hurt and died at Barpeta Medical college. On the other hand the enraged mob pelted stones at the CRPF troupe and resulting injury of two jawans. Polling had to stop for some time during the incident. Barpeta Deputy Commissioner Ashwini Kumar rushed to the spot and ordered a magisterial enquiry.
In Sarbhog, Barpeta, Jania, Baghbar, Sarukshetry and Chenga LACs witnessed 78.92% poll turn out till  5 pm on Monday. Barpeta is ready for the Assam Legislative Assembly Election 2016.  Presiding  officers,  polling officers  has set out for 1037 polling stations for Monday's poll. 5322 polling officials are engaged in  1164 polling stations for the 6 LACs of Barpeta election district. The district administration has managed 326 Bullock carts, 264 push carts, 576 porters, 104 machine  boat, 64 buses , 164 wingers, and 224 small vehicles for the communication of the polling officers.
