Nagaon Electronic Media Association (NEMA) formed

Nagaon Electronic Media Association (NEMA) was formed yesterday at meeting at the Nagaon Press Club. The meeting was presided by Palash Ranjan Das.Various issues of the electronic media journalists were discussed in detail at the meeting , the need for such an organization was felt from quite some time and yesterday it was given a concrete shape. The working committee was dissolved and a new executive committee is formed.

The names of the Executive body are: President -Siba Prasad Bora, Working President – Palash Ranjan Das, , Vice Presidents - Usman Ahmed, Ajit Saika, Pankaj Sharma , General Secretary – Tapan Kumar Bora , Asst Secretaries –Mithu Mugda Gohain, Parag Rajkhowa, Anowar Hazarika, Treasurer – Vikash Sharma ,Cultural Secretary – Manav Jyoti Bora ,Magazine Secretary – Diganta Talukdar ,Office Secretary – Biren Bora , Publicity Secretary – Amar jyoti Bora,. A twenty member executive body is formed.

In addition to this, on the World Enviroment day, tree plantation was done by the members of the Nagaon Electronic Media Association ( NEMA).
