Python recovered at Langhin Pamgaon


Every step is now can be said very hazardous for every wild animal or creature. When, what will turn out to life, nobody can predict it definitely. For an instance, the pity Python which was in search of its food ultimately fell into the human trap. It may be mentioned here that a Python caught by villagers of Pamgaon turns into a centrestage of attraction for the people of Langhin Tiniali in Karbi Anglong. Numbers of people, old-youth, students and children reached at Pamgaon from the different places to see the Python.


According to report, some people of Langhin Pamgaon set out on Monday early morning at around 4.30 am to the Selawar river situated near by their village for the purpose of fishing. In the meantime suddenly about eight to nine feeds of length python snake appears in front of them and instead of letting to go free the Python snake, the villagers caught it and later brought to their village to show the people.


As soon as the news of recovered python spread in the area people from various places gathered at Pangaon. Even, police too rushed to the village for the safeguard of the python.


But, it is amazing that though local people and police informed regarding recovered of python snake immediately no forest official arrived to the aforesaid village in due time.


However, local people in support of Dokmoka police handed over the python snake to Forest Department after waiting a long time.
