Dispur police have arrested a dreaded ULFA militant who was camping in the city to strike in the run up to the Republic Day celebrations. A detonator was also found from his possession. Identified as Raju Haloi, the ULFA militant have made some sensational revelations of his outfit’s subversive attempts after he was caught from Rukmininagar area near the capital on Tuesday wee hours.
