Daimary files nomination

Rajya Sabha MP from BPF Biswajeet Daimary has filed his nomination papers on Monday seeking reelection to the Upper House with the help of Congress.

Accompanied by BPF president Hagrama Mohilary and Deputy BTC chief Khampha Borgayari, Daimary filed his nomination at 11-30 in the morning before the returning officer Gauranga Prasad Das in Dispur.

His term will expire on April 13 along with Bhubneswar Kalita from Congress and Birendra Prasad Baishya from AGP.
