All out war against BJP

Congress and BPF legislators on Thursday evening held a meeting in Dispur to counter BJP’s poll prospect in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.

Presided over by Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi, the meeting is understood to have decided to go all out against the saffron party.

Rahul Gandhi’s rally on women and youth empowerment also figured in the meeting.

On the other hand, newly elected Rajya Sabha members Bhubneswar kalita, Biswajeet Daimary and Dr Sanjay Sinh have thanked the legislators for their support.
