NDFB-S denies killing of Anup Basumatary

The Songbijit faction of the National Democratic Front of Boroland(NDFB-S) denied the killing of Anup Basumatary at Soraibil, Rangapara in Kokrajhar district.

President of NDFB(S) B Saoraigwra in a press release on Friday said that the deceased family and the villager of Anup Basumatary,Soraibil,Rangapara of  Kokrajhar district alleged that NDFB involves in the killing of Anup Basumatary, which was a false and unwanted.

'We clarify that NDFB have not involved in the killing of Anup Basumatary and  it was a condemnable incident', Saoraigwra said.

The allegation brought by the villager and deceased family was totally false. Everybody knows the deathliest operation conducted by the security forces in BTAD area. Then how can NDFB involve in this incident. All out operation has given a very golden chance for the security forces to kill the Boro people and to harass the Boro people, thd outfit leader said.

According to our report he had been killed by the Indian security forces and it is the act of secret killing of the government.

'We don’t have anything to say on surrender cadre. Once they are a cadre of NDFB but now they were living a civil life. We let them to live like a civil of Boroland. There is no enmity among us. We hope that during the war we will get contribution from them. The Indian government trying to crust the Bodoland movement by applying different policy. This cruel policy would never stop our movement. We request the BTC government also not to involve in secret killing among our Boro people. Never bring the bloodshed again in our Bodoland for political gain, he appealed.

So, we strongly warn the Indian security forces not to kill our people and stay  away from such barbaric activities. Thd outfit leader also request all the Boro people to stand united against the operation in BTAD, he added.
