Swaraj wants Chetia back

New Delhi reiterates its efforts to bring Anup Chetia back to boost the peace process with ULFA.

During her visit to Dhaka, minister for external affairs Sushma Swaraj raised the issue with the Bangladesh Government on Friday.

She stressed the need to get the ULFA’s founder general secretary extradited at an earlier date.

If the talks are successful, then Chetia would soon be able to come back to his motherland .
