Union home minister Rajnath Singh is on a three days visit to the north east. Singh arrived in Guwahati on Friday evening a day before the DGP-IGP conference in the city. He is laying the foundation stone of the Central Forensic Laboratory at Mirza in the outskirt of Guwahati on Saturday morning.
