Yoga teachers’ training camp in Kokrajhar

Hundreds of Yoga participants participated in a month long Yoga training camp to train Yoga teachers’ organized at Basic Training Centre in Kokrajhar.

The training camp was being organized by Mahila Patanjali Samiti, Kokrajhar district unit under mission and vision of Swachch Bharat Abjijan guided by Swami Ramdev to create awareness about neat clean and physically fitness among citizens in the district as well across the country. The camp would be concluded on September 10.

The training camp has been imparting training on various aspects of physically fitness for human life so that society could be held disease free society in the country. Training camp saw a good discussed on good health besides making exercises of physically strong through thorough share of views and thoughts on bringing about Yoga.

Manoj Kumar Mushahary, training instructor in the camp told that training has been aimed to provide information and knowledge about Yoga through which human gets good benefits.

Passing out training holders would be inducted in the schools to teach students on Yoga for which why camp organized in a well manner, Mushahary said.

“It is an initiative to bring awareness among citizens to make peoples free from diseases. We are imparting training on Yoga among participants. We are trying to create Yoga teachers so that each and villages can get Yoga teachers. Trained up teachers will be engaged yoga teachers in the schools. In Kokrajhar district, nearly about 1500 schools and 1200 villages in the district, for which why 5000 yoga teachers are required to give training among common citizens”,Mushahary added.

Mashahary has been suffering from multiple-diseases in his 76-years-old. Kokrajhar: A section of angry residents in Kokrajhar thrashed a ration dealer accusing him of resorting to unfair deal with the beneficiaries. The incident took place on Friday where a group of beneficiaries from Ghoskata village caught the dealer Budu Brahma alias Sahen Basumatary and charged him of deliberately doing anomalies in the distribution of rations through cooperative societies where the real beneficiaries were reprieved.  According to the beneficiaries, most of them out of nearly 320 APL and BPL card holders have not been receiving due quantity of rice, sugar and kerosene. KOKRAJHAR:Yet another NDFB-S rebel has landed in police dragnet who was arrested in Baksa district on Saturday. Acting on a tip off, Balsa police launched a sudden operation at Bennabari area where the rebel, identified as Rabiram Swargiary, was arrested. Police further claimed to gave seized a hand grenade from his possession.
