IK Sangbijitt, Ranjit Basumatary along with nine other anti-talk NDFB militants are now most wanted.
The declaration came from the Assam police on Monday. Addressing a press conference in the headquarters, top ranked officials sought help of the people to capture them. A huge amount of Rs 10 lakh have been announced as reward if any provides police with any input on their whereabouts. The identity of the informer would be kept secret.
