It’s a bio toilet that brings no less hope. Launched by the Defence Research Laboratory in Tezpur o Monday, the eco-friendly and affordable sanitation technology is best suited for defence personnel and civilian. According to DRL director Dr Vijay Veer, the sanitation system is eco-friendly. It is appropriate and an affordable technology which would work by years easily. During a recent meeting with chief minister Tarun Gogoi, DRL agreed to install as many as 20 bio toilets in Guwahati. Defence ministry developed the technology for human waste disposal for different climates and situations. /
Guwahati: The Assam Don Bosco University buzzed with creativity and entrepreneurial spirit over the past two days as the Innovation, Design and Entrepreneurship (IDE) Bootcamp for Student Innovators and Teachers concluded.
